Hello,
My name is Gabin.
I've always been drawn to starting my own project, and I've always loved flavors, tastes, scents, and cooking. I've cooked a lot at home, I still do, and I thoroughly enjoy it. :D
I had the opportunity to work in a professional kitchen for 1 year, and that gave me ideas ;)
Here are some of the prerequisites that led me to build Pas à pas, the project that fills my days.
So, by connecting my goal and my passion, by combining business with pleasure, I created Pas à Pas Kitchen, because it's easy to find recipes, but much rarer to find a simple method for learning the basics in the right order.
I don't claim to be a great Michelin-starred chef. Besides, that's not even the goal, neither for me nor for Pas à Pas's customers.
I am a passionate individual who uses his time to develop a system to help as many people as possible finally get started with cooking at home, or improve their skills, or simply for people who have always dreamed of having someone help them find that organization, which is necessary in the kitchen. Because when you're learning, you need simple, well-explained things that are useful from the very first evening.
And since I can't be everywhere, I thought that in the form of a logical sequence of boxes, it could work :D
